Questions about this item

Can the 64GB DDR4 memory be expanded later?

The L15 Gen 2 ships with 64GB of DDR4 SO-DIMM already installed, filling both slots; any future increase would require replacing the existing modules rather than adding to them.

Does the Intel Core i7-1165G7 hit its 4.7 GHz turbo ceiling before the cooling system limits it?

The 4.7 GHz turbo is the processor's rated maximum; sustained loads will be governed by the laptop's thermal design rather than a separate throttling figure.

How loud does the fan get and how hot does the chassis become when the 65W adapter runs the system all day?

The 3-cell 45 WHr battery and 65W supply are sized for typical office workloads; fan speed and surface temperature will rise under continuous heavy use but no specific acoustic or thermal ratings are published.
