Questions about this item

How do I install the NVMe SSD in this 14.0 laptop, and which step is often missed?

The SSD is already installed in the M.2 slot; the step people miss is confirming the drive appears in the BIOS boot order before cloning or reinstalling the OS.

What maintenance or replacement will the 16GB DDR4 memory need later?

The memory is soldered with zero expansion slots, so no user upgrade is possible; only a full board replacement would change capacity.

What limit appears first on the i5-1145G7 during sustained heavy workloads?

The processor reaches its thermal throttle point and reduces clocks to stay within its power envelope, lowering sustained performance.
