Business ultraportable for mobile professionals

The Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 4 is a 14.0" laptop built for mobile professionals who need a lightweight Windows 11 Pro machine with a 10-core Intel Core i7-1365U processor. It ships with 32 GB DDR5 memory and a 1 TB NVMe PCIe SSD for fast application loading and ample local storage.

Sustained workloads on integrated graphics

The 2P+8E core architecture reaches a 5.20 GHz turbo frequency on the performance cores while the efficient cores handle background tasks at up to 3.9 GHz. Intel Iris Xe graphics share system memory, so extended rendering or multi-monitor sessions will draw from the 32 GB pool rather than dedicated video memory.

Verify port and grade expectations

This Grade B unit shows cosmetic blemishes including scratches and may lack an Ethernet RJ-45 port, relying on Wifi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 for connectivity. Confirm that two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, two Thunderbolt 4 Type-C ports and a single HDMI 2.0 output satisfy your peripheral and display requirements before ordering.

Questions about this item

How loud and hot does the i7-1365U get during all-day workloads?

The 10-core i7-1365U runs at a base of 1.8 GHz on performance cores and 1.3 GHz on efficient cores, boosting up to 5.2 GHz when needed. Sustained heat and fan noise depend on the laptop's cooling design and your workload intensity.

What cables or docks do I need to use the two Thunderbolt 4 ports and HDMI 2.0 output?

The laptop provides two USB-C ports with Thunderbolt 4 and one HDMI 2.0 port. You will need compatible Thunderbolt 4 or USB-C cables for the Type-C ports and a standard HDMI cable for the video output.

Will my older USB-A peripherals work with the two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports?

Yes. The two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports are backward compatible with older USB-A devices such as mice, keyboards and flash drives. One port also supports always-on charging for phones or accessories.
