Questions about this item

Will the i5-10310U and Thunderbolt 3 port work with my existing USB-C dock and monitors?

The quad-core i5-10310U runs up to 4.40 GHz and the single Thunderbolt 3 port supports USB-C 3.2 Gen 2, so it will drive your dock and external displays at 1920 x 1080 without issue.

How can I confirm the 15.6" FHD touchscreen and Windows 11 Pro are functioning correctly after first boot?

Open Settings > System > Display to verify 1920 x 1080 resolution and ten-point touch response, then check Settings > System > About for Windows 11 Pro activation and the i5-10310U processor listing.

Does the box include the AC adapter and are the 8 GB DDR4 2666 RAM or 512 GB M.2 2242 SSD user-replaceable?

The OEM AC adapter is included; 8 GB is soldered with one free DDR4 2666 slot for up to 48 GB total, and the single M.2 2242 drive can be swapped for a larger 256 GB to 4 TB module.
