Ready-to-use business laptop

The Lenovo ThinkPad T480s ships with Windows 7 Professional, 16 GB of DDR4 memory and a 128 GB SSD. An Intel Core i5-8250U processor reaches 3.4 GHz, driving a 14 inch IPS panel at 1920 x 1080 resolution. Integrated Intel UHD 620 graphics handle everyday office workloads.

Simple setup with few pitfalls

Windows 7 Pro is pre-installed so the machine boots to a working desktop immediately. The 4-in-1 card reader and four USB ports accept common peripherals without extra drivers. The only common issue is the older operating system; some modern web services and security updates no longer support Windows 7.

Check compatibility before ordering

Verify that your essential applications run on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. Confirm that any docking station or monitor you plan to use works with Thunderbolt 3 over USB-C. Ensure 128 GB of solid-state storage is sufficient for your local files and that 16 GB of memory meets your multitasking needs.
