AI-ready workstation tower

The Lenovo ThinkStation P2 Gen 2 Tower is a new desktop workstation built around an Intel Core Ultra 9 285 processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card. It ships with Windows 11 Pro, a USB keyboard and a USB mouse. The 500 W power supply operates at 92% efficiency.

16 GB DDR5 and 512 GB SSD capacity

Memory is installed as two 8 GB DDR5 modules and the system supports up to 64 GB in total. The 512 GB SSD provides the primary boot volume and the platform can accept up to 2 TB of PCIe NVMe M.2 storage. Builders who need more memory or storage headroom at purchase should note the current configuration.

RTX 5060 graphics and Wi-Fi 7 connectivity

The discrete RTX 5060 GPU drives external displays via HDMI 2.1 TMDS and two DisplayPort 1.4 outputs. Wireless networking uses Intel Wi-Fi 7 BE200 with Bluetooth 5.4. Buyers who require a different GPU tier or a display included in the box should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 500 W power supply handle my existing PCIe add-in cards alongside the RTX 5060?

The 500 W 92 % efficiency unit powers the Intel Core Ultra 9 285 and RTX 5060 as shipped; any extra cards must stay within the remaining headroom.

How can I confirm the DDR5 memory is running at the correct speed after first boot?

Open Task Manager or BIOS and verify the installed 16 GB (2 × 8 GB) DDR5 shows the rated frequency for this platform.

Does the box include a display cable for the HDMI 2.1 or DisplayPort 1.4 outputs?

The system ships with a USB keyboard, USB mouse and Windows 11 Pro; monitor cables are not included and must be purchased separately.
