LG 4K Digital Media Player

This LG 4K Digital Media Player is a compact playback device for digital signage and local media viewing. It decodes H.265/HEVC video up to 4096×2304 resolution at 30 Hz and outputs through HDMI or analog AV ports. Content is read directly from USB drives up to 8 TB or micro SD cards up to 1 TB with FAT32, exFAT or NTFS formatting.

Suitable for signage loops and simple local playback

The player suits installers who need continuous auto-play, loop and shuffle modes in landscape or portrait orientation without a network connection. It also fits home users wanting plug-and-play file playback from USB or SD storage. Buyers who need network streaming, centralised content management or interactive touchscreen control should consider other solutions.

4K@30Hz H.265/HEVC decode via HDMI

The single specification that decides fit is the maximum output of 4K at 30 Hz with H.265/HEVC decoding over HDMI. If the target display or content pipeline requires a higher refresh rate at 4K resolution, this unit will not meet that requirement.
