Ideal for short runs

This two-pack supplies 5 ft CAT5e UTP patch cables with 24 AWG stranded conductors and T-568B wiring. The 50 micron gold-plated contacts and snag-free boots protect the RJ45 ends during repeated insertion. RoHS compliant construction meets environmental standards for network installs.

Not for long drops or shielded needs

Unshielded twisted pair design suits typical office or home patching where EMI is low. Builders who need longer reach, outdoor rating or shielded cable should choose a different specification. The 350 MHz tested bandwidth covers standard Gigabit Ethernet links.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Logico CAT5E cable and what wiring standard should I follow?

Plug each RJ45 connector into the LAN port until it clicks. The cable follows T-568B wiring, so match that scheme if you are terminating or testing the link yourself.

What maintenance or replacement will the Logico CAT5E cable need over time?

The 50 micron gold-plated contacts resist corrosion, and the snag-free boot protects the latch. Replace the patch cord if the boot tears, the latch breaks, or certification testing shows performance below the 350 MHz rating.
