Logitech Extend VoIP adapter for meeting rooms

The Logitech Extend 952-000188 is a VoIP adapter designed for Android-based or BYOD meeting rooms. It provides two RJ-45 network ports, five USB ports and one HDMI output supporting 4K resolution at 3840 x 2160. The unit connects a laptop or mobile device via USB-C so users can run meetings on their preferred platform without installing extra software.

Check USB-C video output and cabling before ordering

Verify that the host laptop or mobile device has a USB-C port capable of video output to drive the HDMI display. Ensure the meeting room uses twisted-pair cabling rated for Category 5e, Category 6 or Category 6a to match the adapter's network interfaces. Confirm the in-room conference camera and display are compatible with the Rally Bar family for BYOD passthrough or extension modes.

Suits teams needing simple BYOD connectivity

This adapter suits organisations that run Android-based or BYOD meeting spaces with Rally Bar cameras and want driver-free USB-C switching. It is not for setups that lack USB-C video on the host device, rooms using non-Logitech conference cameras, or installations requiring wireless presentation without a physical cable connection.

Which version of the Logitech Extend should I choose for a Rally Bar BYOD setup?
