10-room scheduler for Poly video systems

The Poly TC10 is a stand-alone touch control panel designed to manage scheduling for up to 10 meeting rooms. It integrates directly with Poly G7500 and Studio X family devices as well as ZRoW setups. The unit is aimed at facilities teams who need a dedicated room booking display without a separate computer.

White finish with wall or table mounting

The device ships in a white housing and includes both a wall mount and a table stand for flexible placement. Daily operation relies on a Power over Ethernet connection for data and power, while Wi-Fi and Bluetooth provide additional wireless connectivity. An optional external power injector is available separately for installations without PoE infrastructure.

CALABRIO licence and mounting hardware included

A one-year CALABRIO licence is bundled with the scheduler, enabling the calendaring features required for room management. The package also supplies the wall mount bracket and table stand so installers can choose the mounting method on site. No separate controller hardware is needed because the touch panel runs the scheduling application locally.

Questions about this item

Does the TC10 scheduler connect over Wi-Fi or a wired standard, and what does that limit in practice?

It uses Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for pairing with a G7500, Studio X or ZRoW, so room scheduling stays wireless but depends on your network coverage.

What mounting hardware does the 10-room scheduler include for a wall or desk?

The box provides both a wall-mount bracket and a table stand so you can fix it flat or angle it on a reception desk.

How is the TC10 powered, and which step do installers often miss?

It requires a PoE network cable; if your switch lacks PoE you must add the optional 2200-66740 injector, which many forget to order.
