Right-handed 11-button gaming mouse

The Logitech G502 HERO pink is a wired optical mouse built for right-handed palm or claw grip users who want extensive button customisation. Its HERO sensor delivers 100 to 25,600 DPI with zero smoothing, filtering or acceleration. Eleven programmable buttons and onboard storage for five profiles let you keep macros and DPI stages on the device itself. Adjustable 3.6 g weights allow personalised balance tuning up to 18 g total.

USB port and OS compatibility check

Before ordering, confirm your system has a free USB port and runs Windows 7 or later, macOS 10.11 or later, or ChromeOS. Optional Logitech G HUB software requires internet access for installation and enables the 25,600 DPI ceiling, RGB configuration and profile management. The mouse weighs 121 g without weights and measures 131.2 mm long, 75 mm wide and 40 mm high, so verify it fits your hand size and desk space.

Consistent tracking at 400 IPS and 1000 Hz

Under sustained load the HERO sensor maintains greater than 400 IPS tracking speed and greater than 40 g acceleration without smoothing. A 32-bit ARM microprocessor communicates at 1000 Hz (1 ms report rate) over 16-bit USB data format, keeping cursor response stable during long sessions. PTFE feet are rated for over 250 km of glide on compatible surfaces, and mechanical switch tensioning preserves click feel over extended use.

Questions about this item

Does the pink G502 HERO come with the 3.6 g weights and carrying case in the box?

The package lists the mouse, optional 5 x 3.6 g weights and a carrying case, plus user documentation.

Should I pick the 16 000 DPI or 25 600 DPI setting for competitive shooters?

The HERO sensor reaches 25 600 DPI after the free G HUB update; 16 000 DPI is the earlier ceiling. Both offer 1:1 tracking with zero smoothing.

What does the 400 IPS tracking speed mean when I flick the mouse across a pad?

The sensor maintains accurate motion reporting at speeds over 400 inches per second, so even fast swipes stay on target without spin-out.
