LORDWORLD 4TB Personal Cloud NAS Hard Drive Adapter

SKU CH-91PG-V3S9J

A personal cloud adapter with an integrated 3.5 inch 4 TB drive, 1000 M Ethernet for 10 to 30 MB/s NAS access and USB 3.0 for direct-attached storage

  • Remote access anywhere via PC or mobile with 4TB built-in storage
  • Point-to-point encrypted transmission keeps data confidential during transfers
  • Dual NAS and DAS modes with LED status indicators
  • Gigabit Ethernet delivers 10-30MB/s network throughput
  • USB 3.0 port enables high-speed direct-attached file transfers

Personal Cloud Storage With 4TB Capacity

This LORDWORLD network-attached storage device includes a built-in 3.5-inch 4TB hard drive and connects via a 1000M Ethernet port. It provides remote access to files from phones, tablets, laptops and PCs once powered and linked to the internet. Point-to-point transmission secures data during transfer. Samba and DLNA protocols enable media streaming to smart TVs and other devices on the local network.

Users Who Need Wired Network Storage

The unit suits home or office users wanting centralised backup for iOS, Android, Windows and Mac clients without relying on third-party cloud subscriptions. It operates in NAS mode over Ethernet or DAS mode via USB 3.0 for faster local file transfers. Buyers requiring built-in Wi-Fi connectivity should consider other solutions, as this model has no wireless radio. Those needing RAID redundancy or multi-bay expandability will also need a different platform.

1000M Ethernet Port With 10-30MB/s Real-World

Network transfer speeds reach 10-30MB/s in NAS mode, which determines how quickly large backups or media streams complete over the LAN. The USB 3.0 port offers an alternative direct-attached path for moving large file sets locally. Proprietary client software manages automatic backup across supported operating systems. Firmware downloads require Internet Explorer or Safari rather than Chrome.

Questions about this item

Can the 1000M Ethernet port on this NAS share files with a legacy router that only has 10/100 ports?

Yes, the 1000M Ethernet port will negotiate down to 100M speed with an older router, allowing file sharing at up to 10-30MB/s over the network.

How do I confirm the 3.5inch 4TB drive is operating correctly after connecting power and the Ethernet cable?

The LED indicator changes colour between NAS and DAS modes; a steady NAS-mode light means the drive is powered, network-linked and ready for remote access.

Does the package include the USB 3.0 cable needed for DAS mode or must I buy it separately?

The adapter comes with the 4TB drive already installed; only a standard USB 3.0 cable is required for DAS use and is not included.
