5.25" Bay SATA Docking Enclosure

This LORDWORLD enclosure mounts in a standard 5.25 inch external bay and accepts one 3.5 inch SATA hard drive together with one 2.5 inch SATA drive or SSD up to 9.5 mm tall. A dual-purpose guiding mechanism aligns and stabilises each drive without trays, screws or doors. The retractable dust cover shields the internal connectors when the bay is empty.

Tray-less installation frees internal bays

Drives slide directly into the front of the enclosure, leaving internal 3.5 inch and 2.5 inch bays available for other components. The screw-less design means a drive can be added or removed in seconds without opening the case or hunting for mounting hardware. Only a single 5.25 inch bay and two SATA data plus power cables are required.

Sustained operation with passive cooling

The open metal frame exposes both drives to chassis airflow so temperatures remain stable during long copy sessions or backups. No fan is fitted, so acoustic output stays at the level of the case fans already present. The guiding mechanism keeps the SATA connectors firmly seated even under vibration from adjacent drives.
