LORDWORLD

LORDWORLD DP 1.4 to DP & HDMI 2.1 Splitter 8K@30Hz 4K@144Hz

SKU CH-4S8G-TRPMG

Splits a DisplayPort 1.4 signal to one DisplayPort and one HDMI 2.1 output, supporting 8K at 30 Hz and 4K up to 144 Hz

  • Connect two monitors simultaneously with SST mirror or MST extended modes
  • Single DisplayPort output delivers 8K at 30 Hz, 4K at 144 Hz, 2K at 165 Hz
  • HDMI output reaches 8K at 30 Hz, 4K at 122 Hz, 2K at 144 Hz
  • Dual output supports two 4K displays at 60 Hz or 5K plus 1080p at 60 Hz
  • External power cable included for stable operation

Dual-display splitter with DP 1.4 input

The LORDWORLD adapter takes one DisplayPort 1.4 source and provides both a DisplayPort and an HDMI 2.1 output. It can drive two identical screens in SST mirror mode or two different screens in MST extended mode. An external power cable is included and must be connected for operation.

Suited for multi-monitor desktops, not for Mac MST

Windows or Linux users who need one GPU port to feed two monitors at up to 4K 60 Hz each will find this device fits the workflow. Buyers who rely on macOS for extended-desktop MST cannot use that mode because the operating system does not support it. The splitter also requires the host graphics card and cables to be MST-capable for extended mode to work.

Maximum single-output resolution is 8K at 30 Hz

When only one display is attached, the DisplayPort output reaches 8K at 30 Hz, 4K at 144 Hz, or 2K at 165 Hz; the HDMI output reaches 8K at 30 Hz, 4K at 122 Hz, or 2K at 144 Hz. With both outputs active the highest shared timing is dual 4K at 60 Hz or 5K at 60 Hz plus 1080p at 60 Hz.

Questions about this item

Does the included power cable need periodic replacement?

The packaged power cable is required for operation and should be replaced if damaged or if connections become unreliable over time.

What bandwidth limit appears first when running dual 4K60 displays continuously?

Dual 4K@60Hz output is the maximum sustained MST mode; exceeding it forces a drop to lower resolutions or refresh rates.

How much heat does the splitter produce during all-day 4K144 single-display use?

The unit draws power from the supplied cable and runs warm under continuous 4K@144Hz load, so keep ventilation clear around the housing.
