This aluminium enclosure turns a SATA-bus NGFF M.2 SSD into a portable USB 3.0 drive. It accepts key B and key B+M modules in 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280 lengths. The adapter is designed for users who want to repurpose an internal SATA SSD for external storage or data recovery. It cannot work with PCIe NVMe or PCIe AHCI M.2 drives that use key M.
