A single button on the switch toggles control between the connected PCs without unplugging cables or configuring network shares. Driver-Free Setup With Optional Power

The switch works with Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, XP, Mac OS X, Linux and Chrome OS without installing drivers. Simply connect the two included USB A-to-A cables from each computer to the switch, attach up to four peripherals, and press the button to swap. An optional micro-USB power port accepts a standard 5 V adapter (not included) to stabilise power-hungry devices such as external hard drives or SSDs; do not use any charger with a higher voltage.
