The LUOM E-yield T05 lets two computers share four USB 2.0 peripherals such as keyboards, mice, printers or flash drives. A single button press swaps control between the connected systems without unplugging cables. No driver installation is required on Windows, macOS, Linux or Chrome OS. The unit draws power from the USB bus and includes a micro-USB port for optional external power.

Limits of the USB 2.0 interface

Bandwidth is capped at 150 MHz, which supports video resolutions up to 1920 x 1080 and standard USB 2.0 data rates. High-speed storage or devices that demand more current may need the optional 5 V adapter, sold separately. Auto-scan cycles every 3 seconds if enabled. Operating temperature range is 0 °C to 50 °C with humidity up to 90 % non-condensing.
