Bi-Directional HDMI 2.1 Switch

The LUOM F0301 is a passive bi-directional HDMI 2.1 switch that operates as either a 2×1 switcher or a 1×2 splitter. It suits gamers and home-theatre users who need to share one display between two sources or toggle a single source between two screens without external power.

8K 60 Hz and 4K 120 Hz Headroom

The unit passes video up to 4096 × 2160 at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz, covering current consoles and high-refresh PCs. Bandwidth is sufficient for HDR at those rates, though the supplier notes that 4K 120 Hz HDR from RTX 3070, 3080, 3090 cards to LG OLED CX televisions cannot be guaranteed through this device.

Plug-and-Play Build with Manual Select

A compact black enclosure houses one HDMI female input and two HDMI female outputs alongside a blue status LED and a tactile select button. The 5-inch USB-A-to-Micro-B cable is included for optional power if a source cannot supply enough current, but most setups run purely from the HDMI lines. Pressing the button instantly swaps the active path, making daily input changes frictionless.

Questions about this item

Will this LUOM F0301 work with my older PS4 or set-top box that only outputs 1080p?

Yes, the switch handles any HDMI signal up to its maximum 4096 x 2160 resolution, so 1080p sources pass through without issue.

How can I confirm the LUOM F0301 is passing an 8K 60Hz or 4K 120Hz signal correctly after I connect it?

The blue power LED shows the active port; verify on your display’s info menu that 8K 60Hz or 4K 120Hz is reported with no dropouts.

What cables come in the box with the LUOM F0301, and which HDMI leads do I need to buy separately?

The package includes the switch, a USB-A to Micro-B cable and a manual; you must supply all HDMI cables for your sources and displays.
