Converts SDI video to HDMI up to 1080p/60Hz with a loop-through SDI output and includes a 5V power supply
The LUOM Micro Converter transforms SD-SDI, HD-SDI and 3G-SDI signals into an HDMI output while preserving the original feed through an SDI loop-out. It accepts resolutions up to 1080p at 60 Hz and ships with a 5 V DC power supply and USB charge cable in a black aluminium enclosure measuring 90 x 55 x 20 mm.
Camera operators and studio technicians who need to view SDI sources on consumer HDMI displays will benefit from the simultaneous loop-through. The unit does not support higher bit-rate formats or resolutions beyond 1080p, so installations requiring greater bandwidth must select alternative equipment.
The converter handles SDI signals up to 2.970 Gbps, which corresponds to 3G-SDI at 1080p/60 Hz. This single limit determines whether a given camera or recorder can be connected without signal degradation.

The converter accepts SD-SDI, HD-SDI and 3G-SDI signals up to 2.970 Gbps, so your camera or switcher must send one of those standards.
Yes — the built-in SDI loop-out passes the original signal through unchanged, letting an SDI monitor and an HDMI screen run simultaneously.
Power the converter with the included 5 V/1 A adapter, connect an SDI source and an HDMI display; a stable 1080p/60 Hz picture on the HDMI screen means it is working.
