It handles resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz and passes 3D video formats. The unit supports 8, 10 and 12 bit deep colour and audio formats such as DTS-HD and Dolby TrueHD. A 5 V DC adaptor is included for stable operation.

Check cables and source resolution

Verify that your source device can output the desired resolution over HDMI 1.4b and that your cables are rated for the distance you need. The specification allows input cables up to 15 metres and output cables up to 15 metres at 1080p, dropping to 8 metres each when running 4K.
