Splitter for dual DisplayPort displays

The LUOM OZFD takes one DisplayPort source and sends it to two DisplayPort monitors at the same time. It supports both mirror and extended desktop modes so you can duplicate content or spread work across screens. Audio is extracted through a 3.5 mm jack for speakers or headphones. The unit is powered by an included 5 V / 2 A adapter and USB-C cable.

Fits between GPU and two monitors

Connect the splitter to a single DisplayPort output on your graphics card or laptop, then run two DisplayPort cables to your displays. No software or drivers are required on Windows, macOS or Linux. The external power supply ensures stable operation over cable runs up to 10 metres. The compact 74 × 74 × 14 mm housing adds minimal clutter to a desk or rack.

Replaces basic single-output connections

This device upgrades a system that only has one DisplayPort port but needs two simultaneous displays. The jump is worth it when you want 4K at 144 Hz on both screens in mirror mode or 4K at 120 Hz in extended mode on Windows. Mac and Linux users are limited to mirror mode, so buyers who need independent desktops on those platforms should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

What resolution and refresh-rate ceiling appears first when I push this splitter continuously at 32.4 Gbps?

The DisplayPort 1.4 link tops out at 3840×2160 @ 144 Hz, so sustained full-bandwidth use cannot exceed that ceiling.

How warm or noisy does the OZFD unit become when powered by the included 5 V/2 A adapter all day?

The aluminium enclosure runs passively with no fan; typical operation stays barely warm and completely silent.

Which cables and monitors must already support 4K 144 Hz for the splitter to deliver that mode?

Both connected displays and every DisplayPort cable in the chain need to be rated for 3840×2160 @ 144 Hz, otherwise the link falls back to a lower rate.
