The LUOM PQ006 is a USB4 Gen 3x2 cable with USB-C male connectors on both ends. It suits anyone who needs a single cable for charging, data and video between USB-C laptops, docks, phones or eGPU enclosures. Backwards compatibility covers older USB and Thunderbolt 3 devices. It is not for setups that require legacy USB-A or micro-USB connectors.

Capacity and headroom

The cable delivers up to 240 W at 48 V through PD 3.1 Extended Power Range, with backward support for 180 W, 140 W, 100 W and 60 W profiles. Data moves at 40 Gbps when both ends use USB4 Gen 3x2. Video carries a single 8K 60 Hz stream, 4K 120 Hz, or dual 4K 60 Hz with two cables. It runs out at lengths beyond the supplied 5 ft or when either device lacks USB4 or PD 3.1 support.

Deciding specification
