LUOM PQ126 USB 3.2 A to C Cable Pair

The LUOM PQ126 is a two-pack of USB 3.2 Gen 2 cables with a USB-A plug on one end and a 90-degree USB-C plug on the other. Each cable is 10 feet long and wrapped in a black nylon braid with metal connector housings. A 56 kΩ pull-up resistor and QC 3.0 support allow up to 3 A at 60 W for compatible devices. Data moves at up to 10 Gbps (1250 MB/s).

Who should use these and who should not

They suit anyone linking a USB-C SSD, phone or tablet to a USB-A port for fast file transfers and 3 A charging. The right-angle C plug helps in tight spaces behind desks or monitors. They do not carry video, so users needing DisplayPort Alt Mode should look elsewhere. They also cannot charge laptops that require more than 3 A or proprietary protocols such as 4.5 V/5 A or 5 V/4 A.

The spec that decides fit

The 10 Gbps USB 3.2 Gen 2 rating is the single figure that determines whether this cable matches the speed of your peripheral. If your drive or dock only runs at 5 Gbps the cable will still work but the extra bandwidth goes unused.

Questions about this item

What comes inside the 2-pack and do I need any extra adapter?

The pack contains two 10 ft USB A to USB C braided cables with metal connectors and a built-in 56 kΩ resistor; no separate adapter is included.

How do I decide between the two cables in the pack?

Both cables are identical — same 10 ft length, 10 Gbps data rate, 3 A charging and 90° USB-C plug — so either one works for the same devices.

What does the 10 Gbps rating mean when I copy large files to an external SSD?

It allows up to 1250 MB/s transfer speed, so multi-gigabyte photo libraries or video projects move in seconds, provided the host port and drive also support USB 3.2 Gen 2.
