Magewell Pro Capture AIO HD Capture Card

The Magewell Pro Capture AIO is a PCIe 2.0 video capture card designed for single-channel ingest of HDMI, SDI, DVI, VGA, component, composite or S-video signals with embedded or analogue audio. It targets integrators and broadcasters who need reliable 24/7 operation across Windows, Linux or macOS platforms.

Suits single-source workflows

This card suits users capturing one live source at up to 2k x 2k resolution with hardware scaling, deinterlacing and colour-space conversion handled on-board. It does not suit buyers who require simultaneous multi-channel capture or 4K and higher resolution ingest.

PCIe 2.0 single-lane host interface

The card installs in a standard PCI-Express slot and uses SG-DMA transmission with a common driver to stream multiple encoded outputs while maintaining hardware time-stamp accuracy. Continuous 24 x 7 operation is validated by the manufacturer.

Questions about this item

Will this PCIe 2.0 capture card work in my older PCIe 1.0 slot?

The card uses a PCIe 2.0 interface which is backward compatible with PCIe 1.0 slots, though bandwidth will be limited to the older standard's speed.

How do I confirm the Pro Capture AIO is capturing video correctly after installation?

The on-board LED indicator shows signal status and the common driver provides a control panel to verify active capture, scaling and deinterlacing.

Which cables come with the card to connect SDI, HDMI or analogue sources?

The card captures one input type at a time via a multi-format connector; specific breakout cables for SDI, DVI, VGA, component, composite, S-video or HDMI must be purchased separately.
