Suits Admins Managing Racks.

This switch fits server rooms, labs or multi-OS workstations running Windows, Linux, macOS or legacy systems down to Windows 98. It also works with consoles such as Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3 and PS4. Buyers who need 60 Hz 4K output or higher refresh rates for competitive gaming should look at a different solution.

Single Deciding Spec: 4K at 30 Hz Video Limit

The maximum supported video mode is 3840 by 2160 at 30 Hz. If your displays or sources require 4K at 60 Hz or higher, this KVM will not pass that signal. Verify the required refresh rate before purchase.

Questions about this item

What cables come in the box so I can connect eight computers right away?

The package includes eight 2-in-1 HDMI and USB KVM cables — four at 1.5 m and four at 1.8 m — so every port can be cabled immediately.

Will the switch pass 4K 30 Hz from an older Xbox 360 or PS3 through the same HDMI ports I use for my PC?

Yes, the specifications list compatibility with Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3 and PS4 alongside Windows and Linux systems, all at up to 3840×2160 30 Hz.

How do I confirm the active port after I press the desktop selector button?

The front-panel button lights indicate the selected channel; pressing the wired desktop selector cycles the port and the corresponding LED illuminates to show the active computer.
