Micro Connectors M05-113EPR-6 6 ft 16 AWG 13 A computer power cord

SKU CH-PSDR-C1A04

Six-foot extension cord with grounded NEMA 5-15P to 5-15R connectors carries 13 A at 125 V for computers and monitors

  • Fits bulky adapters without blocking neighbouring outlets thanks to right-angle NEMA 5-15R connector
  • Extends AC power reach by six feet using 16 AWG SJT conductors
  • Carries up to 13 A at 125 V for 1625 W maximum load
  • UL, cUL and CSA approved for safe operation
  • RoHS and REACH compliant materials reduce hazardous substances

Tight-space power extension

This six-foot cord turns a bulky wall adapter into a compact connection that fits crowded strips without blocking neighbouring outlets. It carries a 13 A, 125 V load through fully moulded 16 AWG conductors and terminates in standard NEMA 5-15P and 5-15R connectors. UL, cUL and CSA listings confirm safety compliance for home or office use.

Suits cramped desks and surge strips

Builders who need to plug a large transformer into a dense power bar will appreciate the slim profile and extra reach. It is not intended for runs longer than six feet, for outdoor installation, or for loads exceeding the 13 A rating. Users requiring a locking connector or higher amperage should look elsewhere.

Six feet of 13 A headroom

The 16 AWG SJT cable comfortably powers a computer, monitor or similar AC device up to 1625 W at 125 V. Beyond the six-foot length the voltage drop increases, so longer runs need a heavier gauge. The cord handles typical desktop equipment but reaches its limit with high-draw appliances.

Questions about this item

Which devices need a NEMA 5-15P plug so this 6 ft cord can power them?

Any AC-powered device with a NEMA 5-15R inlet — desktop PCs, monitors, printers — will accept the cord’s NEMA 5-15P plug and draw up to 13 A at 125 V.

Will the 16 AWG SJT cable safely replace the original lead on older equipment rated for 10 A?

Yes. The cord is rated 13 A and 1625 W, so it exceeds a 10 A device’s demand while the fully moulded connectors maintain a secure ground path.

How can I confirm the cord is delivering full power after I plug it in?

Check that the equipment powers on normally, the plug seats firmly in the outlet, and the cord stays cool during operation — UL and cUL listing guarantees the 13 A rating.
