Half-height 24U cabinet with 10 kVA UPS

The Minuteman MMCAB24S10K is a half-height 24U server rack that ships with a pre-installed ED10KRT uninterruptible power supply. It provides 19U of usable rack space for servers, networking gear or storage arrays. The enclosure is built from powder-coated steel and includes locking doors and side panels for physical security. It suits IT teams that need integrated power protection and equipment housing in a single deployed unit.

208-240 VAC hardwire input with L6-30R outlets

The installed UPS accepts 208-240 VAC hardwire input and delivers output through four L6-30R receptacles, two additional L6-30R receptacles and a hardwire connection. The cabinet’s stationary load capacity is 3000 lb and its rolling load capacity is 2250 lb, so the floor must support the combined weight of the 414.4 lb enclosure plus mounted equipment. No thermal, noise or power-draw figures are supplied for the UPS under normal operation.

Ships fully assembled with PCI DSS-ready security

The cabinet arrives fully assembled, eliminating rack-build time and allowing immediate equipment mounting. Locking doors and side panels satisfy the physical security requirements for PCI DSS compliance, which benefits organisations that process credit-card data. No additional software, rails, cable-management accessories or management cards are listed as bundled with this model.

Questions about this item

How is the 24U cabinet installed and what step is often missed?

The cabinet ships fully assembled; position it, level the unit, then hardwire the 208-240VAC input to a dedicated circuit before connecting loads to the four L6-30R and two L6-30R outlets.

What maintenance or replacement will the pre-installed ED10KRT UPS need later?

The internal battery modules of the ED10KRT UPS will require periodic replacement, typically every three to five years depending on temperature and discharge cycles.

What limit appears first when the cabinet runs at full 10 kVA load continuously?

The 3000 lb stationary weight rating and 2250 lb rolling capacity set the structural ceiling, while the UPS thermal design limits sustained output before battery runtime becomes the constraint.
