Questions about this item

Do I need an Apple Pencil 1st Gen or USB-C model for the pencil holder to fit?

The slot is sized for Apple Pencil 1st Gen and Apple Pencil USB-C, so one of those must be owned to use the holder.

Will the magnetic multi-angle stand still hold its angles if I keep an older 10th-generation 10.9-inch iPad inside?

Yes, the case fits both the 11th-generation 11-inch and 10th-generation 10.9-inch models, and the embedded magnets provide stable viewing angles for either.

How can I confirm the auto wake-sleep feature is working after I close the cover?

Close the lid and the screen should turn off instantly; open it and the iPad should wake to the lock screen without pressing any button.
