This pair of Monoprice in-ceiling speakers installs flush with the ceiling for a clean, wire-free look. The integrated back cover shields the crossover and drivers from falling debris during and after installation. A paintable magnetic grille with a slim bezel blends into any decor. They suit home-theatre or multi-room audio systems where a discreet appearance matters.

DuPont Kevlar woofer with rubber surround

The 8-inch woofer cone is constructed from DuPont Kevlar fiber paired with a rubber surround. This combination is engineered to deliver deep, impactful bass response. Buyers who need a driver material specified as polypropylene or aluminium should look elsewhere.

Silk titanium tweeter with variable attenuator

The silk titanium tweeter produces smooth mids and highs, and a variable high-frequency attenuator lets you tame bright-sounding rooms. The speaker is passive and requires an external amplifier; no power-handling or sensitivity figures are supplied.
