What this is

The Sony NB10 is a wireless neckband speaker designed for people who spend long hours on voice and video calls while working from home. It rests on the shoulders and directs sound upward toward the ears without blocking ambient awareness.

What the bundle changes

The integrated mute button and dedicated volume and power controls let you manage calls instantly without hunting for on-screen settings. Multi-point Bluetooth pairing keeps two devices connected at once so you can switch between a laptop and phone without repairing.

The spec that decides fit

Up to 20 hours of battery life and USB-C quick charging determine whether the speaker can cover a full workday without needing a recharge break. If you need longer untethered talk time or a form factor that seals out background noise, this is not the right choice.

Questions about this item

How often will the internal battery need replacing with daily all-day use?

The built-in cell is rated for up to 20 hours per charge, so it should last a full workday before needing a recharge via USB-C.

What runs out first during a marathon of back-to-back video calls?

Battery endurance is the limiting factor; after roughly 20 hours of continuous use the neckband will need charging.

Does the upward-firing driver get hot or noisy after eight straight hours?

The passive design has no fan, so it stays silent and only warm to the touch during extended sessions.
