14AWG heavy-duty power cord

This Monoprice 133656 cord uses 14AWG conductors rated for 15A to deliver reliable power to workstations and servers. The six-foot length and red jacket make it easy to identify in dense racks. It connects a C14 inlet to a C15 outlet for high-temperature environments.

C14 to C15 connectors for hot gear

The IEC 60320 C15 connector withstands higher pin temperatures than a standard C13, so it suits power supplies that run hot. The C14 plug mates with any C13 cord or PDU outlet. The 15A rating provides headroom for multi-GPU systems or redundant PSUs.

Red jacket aids cable management

The distinctive red PVC sheath helps technicians trace this lead among black power looms. No extra adapters are needed when the PDU already presents C13 sockets. Lifetime warranty coverage from Monoprice backs the assembly.

Questions about this item

Will the C14 plug on this cord mate with the C13 inlet on my existing PSU or UPS?

Yes, the male IEC 60320 C14 connector is designed to fit a standard C13 inlet found on most power supplies and UPS units.

How can I verify the 14 AWG cable is delivering full current to my equipment?

Check that the connectors seat firmly, the red jacket shows no damage, and your devices power on without interruption under load.

Does the package include a C13-to-NEMA 5-15 cable or only the C14-to-C15 cord?

Only the 6 ft red 14 AWG cord with C14 male and C15 female ends is supplied; a separate C13 cable is required to reach a wall outlet.
