Splitter for dual C13 devices

The Monoprice 141096 is a six-foot Y-splitter that connects two IEC 60320 C13 devices to a single C14 outlet. It suits data-centre racks, UPS units or surge strips where outlet space is limited.

13 A 100-250 V limit

The 16AWG SJT cable is rated for 13 amps across the 100-250 VAC range, so the combined draw of both devices must stay within that ceiling. Exceeding the rating risks overheating or tripping upstream protection.

Replaces two separate cords

This cord replaces a pair of individual C13 leads, halving cable bulk and freeing one outlet on a PDU or wall socket. The upgrade is worthwhile when rack density or outlet count is the bottleneck, not when longer reach per device is required.
