Compact 425 VA standby UPS

The CyberPower ST425 is a standby uninterruptible power supply rated at 425 VA and 260 W. It provides battery backup and surge protection for home-office computers, gaming consoles and broadband routers during utility power failures. Eight NEMA 5-15R outlets connect multiple devices while a five-foot NEMA 5-15P cord reaches standard wall sockets.

260 W capacity with simulated sine wave

The unit delivers up to 260 watts of simulated sine-wave output at 120 VAC, giving enough runtime to save work and shut down connected equipment gracefully. Loads exceeding 260 watts will overload the inverter and trip the protection circuit, so high-draw appliances such as laser printers or space heaters are not supported.

USB HID port enables automatic shutdown

A built-in USB port uses the HID protocol so compatible operating systems can monitor battery status and trigger an unattended shutdown without extra software. LED indicators show power-on, battery-mode and alarm conditions at a glance. The package includes a $75,000 connected-equipment guarantee and a three-year warranty.
