350 MHz bandwidth and gold contacts

The 350 MHz bandwidth supports Gigabit Ethernet speeds across the full 3 ft length. Gold-plated contacts rated at 50m resist oxidation better than the 10m coating found on many budget cables, maintaining low contact resistance over repeated insertions. Snagless strain-relief boots protect the RJ45 tabs during routing.

Pure bare copper compliance

The cable uses 100 percent pure bare copper wire, not copper-clad aluminium, meeting UL 444 and TIA-568-C fire and safety standards.
