Clear Plastic Envelope Set

A pack of ten transparent polypropylene envelopes with coloured flaps and label pockets, sized at 13.2 x 9.3 inches to hold letter-format documents. The waterproof construction protects contents from spills and moisture during daily transport. Designed for teachers, office workers and home organisers who need visible, reusable filing.

Durability and Handling

The plastic material resists wear and tear while remaining lightweight enough for frequent carrying between school, office and travel bags. No moving parts or seals generate noise, and the envelopes add negligible bulk to a backpack or briefcase. Each unit is reusable, reducing single-use waste over time.

Filing Integration

The envelopes fit standard letter-size paperwork without folding and slide into most desktop trays, cabinet drawers or portable file boxes. Coloured flaps and label pockets enable quick visual sorting by project or subject. Not suited for buyers who need expansion gussets for bulky files or lockable closures for confidential material.

Questions about this item

How do I insert documents into the 13.2 x 9.3 inch envelopes without creasing them?

Open the top-loading pocket fully, align letter-size sheets against the bottom edge, then slide them in flat — forcing papers in folded creates permanent creases.

Will the polypropylene material or colored flaps need replacing over time?

The waterproof polypropylene resists tearing and moisture; flaps stay intact with normal handling, so no scheduled replacement is needed.

At what point does the single-sheet thickness limit how many papers I can store?

Each envelope holds only one sheet; exceeding that strains the top seal and risks splitting the 13.2 x 9.3 inch pocket.
