Five-pack plastic folders

This five-pack of plastic file folders measures 11.4 by 9.3 inches and suits students, teachers and office workers who need colour-coded organisation. Each folder is made from tear-resistant polypropylene and includes a clear front pocket for quick identification. The assorted pastel colours help separate subjects or projects at a glance. Supplied as a pack of five folders.

Clear pocket and content sheet

Every folder features a clear front pocket plus an internal content sheet so you can label contents without opening the cover. Two interior pockets provide space for loose-leaf pages while a three-prong fastener secures 3-hole punched sheets. A card slot in each pocket adds a place for business cards or ID badges. Unpunched papers can also be stored in the pockets.

Fifty-sheet capacity per folder

Each pocket holds up to 50 sheets of standard letter-size paper, giving ample room for typical project files or class handouts. The durable plastic construction resists tearing and deformation during daily transport in backpacks or briefcases. Heavy binders or bulky catalogues exceed the pocket depth and will not fit. Users needing expansion beyond 50 sheets per pocket should consider larger capacity organisers.

Questions about this item

Will the plastic material or the three-prong mechanism need replacement after repeated use?

The folders are made from tear-resistant plastic that resists breaking or deforming, so the material and prongs are built for long-term document storage without scheduled replacement.

What capacity limit will I reach first when filling each folder daily?

Each pocket holds up to 50 sheets of standard letter-size paper, so the 50-sheet limit per pocket is the first constraint you will hit under sustained loading.

Do the folders generate any noise, heat or power draw when kept on a desk all day?

These are passive plastic folders with no electronic components, so they produce no noise, no heat and consume no power during continuous use.
