5-Pack Pastel File Folders

This five-pack of letter-sized folders uses muted pastel colours to help organise paperwork for school, work or home. Each folder includes two interior pockets and three-hole prong fasteners that hold 10 to 15 sheets securely. The plastic construction resists tearing and water damage.

Thermals Noise and Power

As a passive paper organiser the folders generate no heat, produce no noise and draw no electrical power. The plastic material stays flexible at normal indoor temperatures and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. No active cooling or power supply is required.

Replaces Single-Pocket or Cardboard Folders

The two-pocket design upgrades single-pocket folders by separating loose-leaf pages from fastened documents. The plastic build replaces cardboard folders that tear or warp when wet. The jump is worth it when colour-coded subjects and water resistance matter for daily transport.

Questions about this item

How do I secure papers in the prong fasteners without them tearing out?

Align the punched holes with the three prongs, press the papers flat, then fold both prong arms down firmly until they click — skipping the click leaves the stack loose and prone to tearing.

When will the pastel plastic start to crack or the pockets lose their grip?

The polypropylene folders are tear-resistant and water-resistant; under normal office use they last years, but repeated overstuffing beyond 15 sheets per pocket accelerates hinge fatigue and pocket stretching.

At what sheet count do the two pockets stop closing flush?

Each pocket holds 10 to 15 letter-sized sheets; exceeding that makes the cover bow and the prong fastener difficult to latch.
