Questions about this item

How do I install the 64 GB DDR5 upgrade and what step do people skip?

The laptop arrives with the original seal opened by engineers who fit the 64 GB DDR5 and 4 TB PCIe SSD, so no user installation is required.

Which component will need replacement first under heavy use?

The 8 GB GDDR7 video memory on the RTX 5070 is fixed and cannot be upgraded, so it becomes the limiting factor before the 64 GB system memory.

What thermal limit appears first during sustained loads?

The 15.6 inch chassis at 0.99 inches thick houses a 5.2 GHz 16-core CPU and RTX 5070, so sustained boost clocks will throttle before the 165 Hz QHD panel reaches its limit.
