ARGB Extension Cable Kit 24-Pin ATX

This kit adds addressable RGB lighting to 24-pin ATX and 8-pin GPU power connections for desktop builds. The cables use a double-layer design with 1.5 cm thickness that separates illumination from power delivery. AWG18 copper conductors handle the electrical load while 12 optical fibres create the visual effect. A dedicated RGB controller synchronises the lighting with compatible motherboards.

Builders with 5 V addressable RGB headers

The extension cables require a motherboard 5 V 3-pin ARGB header for control and will not operate from 12 V RGB headers or external 12 V controllers. Connecting the kit to an incompatible voltage source can damage the lighting elements. Installers also need enough chassis clearance for the 1.5 cm thick cables, so compact cases without transparent side panels are unsuitable.

5 V addressable RGB motherboard header required

Only motherboards that supply a 5 V 3-pin addressable RGB header can drive the lighting effects listed in the specifications. The kit includes a connection cable for that header; no 12 V 4-pin RGB or proprietary 12 V controllers are supported. Verify the header type on your board before purchase to avoid damage and ensure the streamer, contrast, gradient and single-colour modes function correctly.
