A 1U rack-mount tray with two 110 V fans delivers 43–47 dB-A airflow for 19-inch cabinets
The NavePoint 1U cooling system installs in a standard 19-inch rack and draws warm air away from active equipment. Two integrated fans move air through the enclosure while a lighted rocker switch provides visible power status. The unit ships new and mounts directly to rack rails using the included hardware.
Passive shelves rely on convection alone and can allow hot spots to form around dense gear. Adding forced airflow lowers internal temperatures when equipment density rises or ambient conditions climb. The step up is justified when rack temperatures exceed safe operating limits for the installed devices.
At 43 to 47 dB-A the fans run quietly enough for office-adjacent server rooms while moving sufficient air for common network switches, patch panels and shallow servers. Very high-density compute blades or multi-GPU nodes may demand greater static pressure or higher CFM than this two-fan tray can supply.

Yes, the 1U height and 19-inch width match standard rack dimensions, and the 6.69-inch depth sits inside most cabinets without blocking rear cables.
Mount the unit with the included screws, plug the 6-foot cord into a 110 V 50/60 Hz outlet, then press the rocker switch — the light confirms power is live.
Expect fan bearings to last several years at 43–47 dB-A; replace them when noise rises noticeably or airflow drops, using same-size 110 V replacements.
