22U Open Frame Server Rack

This NavePoint 22U 4-post open frame rack holds standard 19-inch networking and server equipment. The adjustable depth ranges from 15.75 to 31.5 inches in 1.5-inch increments. It ships flat-packed and requires assembly before use. Static weight capacity is rated at 881 lbs.

Assembly and Mobility

The unit arrives flat-packed and needs assembly using the included hardware. Casters are supplied for mobility and can be swapped for floor-mounting feet if a fixed position is preferred. The 1000 mm overall depth means installers must verify aisle clearance before final placement.

Suitable Environments

This rack suits server rooms and network closets that need flexible depth for mixed equipment lengths. Buyers who require enclosed sides, locking doors or integrated cable management channels should consider a closed cabinet instead.

Questions about this item

How do I verify the rack is level and stable after assembly?

Tighten all bolts, confirm the four posts are square, then roll the unit on its casters and lock the brakes — the frame should not rock and the 881 lb static capacity remains valid only when level.

What ships in the box and what must I source separately?

The flat-packed 4-post open frame, casters, and mounting hardware are included; 19-inch rack-mount servers, shelves, cable managers, and floor-anchor bolts are not.

Which depth setting should I choose for my equipment?

Adjust the rack depth between 15.75 and 31.5 inches in 1.5-inch increments so the front and rear rails match your deepest device.
