2U Cantilever Shelf for 19-Inch Racks

This 2U cantilever shelf mounts to any standard 19-inch rack or cabinet. It provides a fixed platform for equipment that does not have rack-mount ears. The front-mount design suits installations where rear access is limited or unavailable.

Vented Steel with Included Hardware

Slotted venting across the surface reduces the possibility of overheating for devices placed on the shelf. The package includes four 10-32 screws and four 12-24 screws to match common rack-thread standards. No additional fasteners are required for typical installations.

Cold-Rolled Steel Build with 50-Pound Capacity

High-quality cold-rolled steel with an electro-static powder-coated finish provides rigidity for a 50-pound weight capacity. A front lip helps prevent equipment from sliding forward during movement. The shelf ships fully assembled for immediate deployment.

Questions about this item

Will the 10-32 or 12-24 mounting screws need replacing over time?

The four 10-32 and four 12-24 screws supplied are standard rack hardware; they only need replacement if threads strip or corrosion appears.

What load limit appears first when the 22-inch deep shelf is fully loaded?

The rated 50-pound capacity is the limiting factor; exceeding it risks bending the cold-rolled steel lip.

How much heat builds up on the black powder-coated surface during all-day operation?

Slotted venting across the 19-inch width allows airflow through the 2U space, keeping surface temperature close to ambient.
