Compact 4U Desktop Rack

This 4U 19-inch open-frame rack sits on a desk or floor and holds standard 19-inch equipment. The reinforced horizontal beam adds torsional stiffness and creates a safer top surface. It suits home labs, small studios, and office corners where a full-size cabinet is impractical.

360-Degree Access Design

The open frame gives 360-degree access to installed gear for quick cable changes and maintenance. Cold-rolled 2.0 mm steel with powder coat resists scratches and keeps the unit light at 4.84 pounds. Clear U markings speed up device alignment during installation.

4U Mounting Capacity

Four rack units provide space for patch panels, switches, audio interfaces or shallow servers. Buyers needing deeper chassis support or lockable doors should consider enclosed cabinets instead.

Questions about this item

How do I install the RIVECO JAZZ04 4U desktop rack and what step is often missed?

Place the unit on a stable surface, align the side panels, and secure the reinforced horizontal beam with the included screws and cage nuts; the step often missed is tightening the beam bolts fully to ensure torsional resistance.

What maintenance or replacement will the RIVECO JAZZ04 4U rack need over time?

The powder-coated 2.0 mm cold-rolled steel resists scratches; inspect mounting hardware periodically and retighten cage nuts if vibration loosens them, but no scheduled part replacement is required.

What is the first limit reached when the RIVECO JAZZ04 4U rack is loaded continuously?

The 4U vertical space fills first; only four rack units are available for 19-inch equipment, so height capacity is the limiting factor before weight or stability.
