6U Wallmount Cabinet for Networking Equipment

This NavePoint cabinet provides six rack units of space in a 600mm deep frame that can be wall-mounted or used freestanding. It fits standard 19-inch rack-mount gear and includes a component shelf plus two built-in fans for active cooling. The welded SPCC steel construction supports up to 132 pounds of equipment. Locking removable side panels give quick access for maintenance.

Suits Small Server Rooms and Home Labs

Installers who need a compact, ventilated enclosure for switches, patch panels or a short-depth server will find the 6U height and included shelf practical. The flat-packed delivery keeps shipping volume low but does require assembly on site. Buyers who need more than six rack units or a deeper chassis for longer servers should look at larger configurations. Environments that cannot accommodate any assembly work may prefer a pre-assembled alternative.

Verify Wall Strength and Clearance Before Ordering

Confirm that the mounting surface can bear the combined weight of the cabinet and its loaded equipment, which may approach the 132-pound rated capacity. Measure the available wall space against the 24-inch width and depth to ensure the unit fits with side-panel clearance. Check that a power outlet is reachable for the two included fans. Ensure you have basic tools for the flat-pack assembly process.

Questions about this item

What 19-inch rack-mount gear can I install in the 6U cabinet?

The cabinet accepts any standard 19-inch rack-mount equipment up to 6U high, secured with the included cage-nut rails.

Will the two built-in fans cool my existing switches and patch panels?

The fans pull air through the perforated doors and vent slots, providing active airflow across whatever 19-inch devices you mount inside.

How can I verify the cabinet is assembled and mounted correctly?

Confirm the welded frame is square, side panels lock flush, both fans spin when powered, and the shelf holds equipment without flexing.
