NavePoint CAT5E UTP 24AWG 1 Ft 10 pack White network ethernet cable

SKU CH-2TWN-VEFMD

Ten white CAT5E patch cables, each one foot long with snagless RJ45 connectors and gold-plated contacts for gigabit networks

  • Product colorWhite
  • 10 cables in one pack for multiple connections
  • CAT5E rated for up to 1 Gbps network speeds
  • 24 AWG stranded copper conductors reduce signal loss
  • Gold-plated RJ45 contacts resist oxidation and corrosion
  • Snagless strain-relief boots protect the connector latch

Ready for Gigabit networks

This 10-pack of CAT5E UTP patch cables connects PCs, servers, routers, switches, consoles and smart TVs at up to 1 Gbps. Each 1 ft white cable uses stranded copper conductors with gold-plated RJ45 ends for universal LAN compatibility. Snagless boots protect the latch during frequent moves. The cables suit home, office or rack installations needing short, reliable links.

Low loss and durable build

The 24 AWG wires with HD-PE insulation keep conductor DC resistance at 14.3 Ohm/km, reducing signal loss on 10/100/1000 Base-T runs. A tough PVC jacket resists oxidation and corrosion for stable long-term performance. Strain-relief boots absorb bending stress at both connectors. The construction is tested for durable family or engineering use.

Replaces worn or longer cords

These short white cables tidy up patch-panel-to-hub links, workstation-to-wall outlets and device-to-switch connections where excess slack causes clutter. The jump is worth it when existing leads are damaged, unshielded or simply too long for neat cable management. They do not serve runs that need shielded CAT6 or higher bandwidth.

Questions about this item

How do I insert the RJ45 connectors on these 1 ft cables without damaging the snagless boots?

Align the gold-plated RJ45 plug with the port, press straight in until the tab clicks, and pull the strain-relief boot back gently if it catches on adjacent ports.

Will the 24 AWG stranded copper conductors or gold-plated contacts need periodic cleaning or replacement?

No scheduled maintenance is required; the oxidation-resistant contacts and PVC jacket are rated for the life of the installation under normal indoor use.

At what point does the 14.3 Ohm/km DC resistance limit throughput on a 1 Gbps link?

The resistance figure is well within CAT5E limits for 100 m runs, so a 1 ft patch cord will not be the bottleneck on a 1000 Base-T connection.
