Five-pack CAT6A S/FTP cables for dense installs

This NavePoint 00406706 set supplies five white 3 ft CAT6A S/FTP patch cords terminated with snagless boots. The stranded 26 AWG copper conductors and PVC jacket suit short runs between servers, switches, routers, VoIP phones, consoles, smart TVs and patch panels in home or rack environments.

Shielded CAT6A reaches 10 Gbps over short links

The S/FTP construction and CAT6A rating support 10/100/1000 Base-T and 10 Gbps transmission with improved noise rejection. The standard limits 10 Gbps operation to 100 m channels; at 3 ft these cords add negligible insertion loss and are recommended for Wi-Fi 6 access-point uplinks and high-power PoE devices such as surveillance cameras.

Snagless boots speed rack patching

Flexible stranded wire and moulded strain-relief boots let the cables route cleanly through crowded patch panels without catching on adjacent ports. The white jacket aids visual tracing in dense bundles. Installers should verify that the 3 ft length reaches between their specific rack units; longer runs will require a different cable length.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 3 ft 5-pack or a different length for my rack?

The 3 ft length suits short patch-panel runs and keeps cable management tidy in a rack; buy additional packs if you need longer jumpers.

Will the 10 Gbps rating hold on my Wi-Fi 6 access point?

The CAT6A S/FTP design supports 10 Gbps over 100 m, so a 3 ft patch cord will deliver full speed to a Wi-Fi 6 AP without bottleneck.

Does the S/FTP shielding and 26 AWG stranded wire limit PoE power?

The shielded construction and 26 AWG conductors handle high-power PoE used by surveillance cameras and uplink ports without derating.
