Neewer K50 50W Bi-Color LED Kit

The Neewer K50 is a 50W bi-color LED video light kit designed for photographers, streamers and content creators who need adjustable color temperature and portable studio lighting. It includes a light panel, a 79-inch aluminum alloy stand, an AC adapter and an infrared remote control. The kit suits tabletop, portrait, product and low-angle shooting scenarios.

Bundled Stand, Barndoor and Remote

The adjustable tripod extends from 33 to 79 inches (84 to 200 cm) and mounts the panel via a 1/4"-20 thread, while the U-shaped bracket enables 360° positioning. A detachable metal barndoor shapes output and controls spill. The infrared remote requires two AA batteries (not included) for wireless operation.

Output Range and Thermal Headroom

The panel uses 252 warm and 252 cool white LEDs to deliver a maximum 3800 lux at one meter across a 2500K–8500K range with ten brightness levels and seven effect modes. A built-in fan activates automatically at high temperature, and the aluminum chassis provides passive dissipation. Rated LED life is 80000 hours; the 50W draw replaces roughly 500W incandescent output.

Questions about this item

How long before the LED panel needs replacing?

The LED panel is rated for 80000 hours of operation, so replacement would only be needed after that period under normal use.

What limits continuous full-power output?

The built-in cooling fan activates automatically when internal temperature rises, which manages heat during sustained use at maximum brightness.

How much power does the light draw when running all day?

The light consumes 50W from the DC 24V supply, with the AC adapter accepting 110V-240V input for worldwide use.
