Curved Reflector for Portrait Catchlights

The SUPON HH3940-FBA kit centres on a 71 by 24 inch U-shaped reflector that wraps light around the subject. Its Arc profile mimics the curve of the human eye to produce a seamless crescent catchlight. The double-sided fabric offers silver, gold, white and black surfaces in a single panel. It is built for portrait, beauty and interview work where controlled fill is essential.

Desktop Stand and Carry Bag Included

A 28 inch aluminium light stand folds to 15 inches for transport and locks at 70 cm working height. The package fits into the supplied zippered bag so the reflector, stand and fabric sleeve move together between studio and location. The 180 degree tilting bracket mounts directly to the stand, letting you aim the curved panel up or down without extra hardware.

Behaviour During Long Sessions

The aluminium frame and cross-grain fabric hold their shape under continuous studio lighting without warping. Silver and gold surfaces keep colour fidelity steady while white maintains neutral fill and black absorbs spill. The compact stand footprint stays stable on tabletops or low platforms during extended shoots. No active cooling or power draw means silent operation throughout the day.

Questions about this item

How large is the curved Arc reflector surface?

The clamshell reflector measures 71 inches by 24 inches (180 cm by 60 cm), providing a broad U-shaped surface for portrait catchlights.

How much heat or power does the reflector generate during all-day studio sessions?

The reflector is a passive fabric surface with no electrical components, so it produces zero heat and draws no power regardless of how long it is used.

What mounting hardware is required to use the reflector out of the box?

The kit includes a 28-inch (70 cm) aluminum light stand with a 180-degree tilting bracket, so no separate stand or mount is needed.
