Flat Cat 7 cable for tight runs

The Nexhi STP Cat 7 Ethernet Cable 14 ft White 2-pack supplies two shielded patch cords with RJ45 male connectors on each end. Each cord is 1.2 mm thick and built with 32 AWG stranded conductors rated to 350 MHz for up to 1 Gbps transfer rates. The ultra-flat profile lets the cables slide under carpets, along baseboards or behind furniture without adding bulk. White jacketing keeps the installation looking clean in home or office settings.

Suited for tight spaces; not for PoE or outdoor runs

These cables work well for anyone connecting a router, computer, gaming system, LAN switch or printer where space is limited and a low-profile run is preferred. Builders who need Power over Ethernet support, outdoor-rated jacketing or bulk reel lengths should look at other products because this pack only provides two pre-terminated 14 ft indoor cords.

1.2 mm thickness decides fit

The single specification that determines whether this is the right part is the 1.2 mm cable thickness, which dictates how easily the cord fits through narrow gaps, under doors or inside crowded cable channels. If the routing path cannot accommodate that profile, a different cable type will be required.

Questions about this item

What bandwidth does the Cat 7 cable support and what speed does that allow?

The cable is rated for 350 MHz bandwidth and supports up to 1 Gbps transfer rates in practice.

How thick is the flat cable and will it fit under a door or carpet?

At only 1.2 mm thick the ultra-flat design slides easily under doors, carpets or along baseboards.

How do I install the RJ45 connectors without damaging the 32 AWG wires?

Push each RJ45 plug straight in until the latch clicks; forcing it at an angle can bend the fine 32 AWG conductors inside.
