500 MHz bandwidth for 10 GbE

The cable operates at a minimum 500 MHz and is rated to 550 MHz, the specification that determines whether it will carry 10,000Base-T traffic reliably. Four-pair 24 AWG stranded pure copper conductors with 50 micron gold-plated contacts suppress crosstalk and support PoE heat dissipation. Wiring follows the T568B standard.

Boots protect the latch during install

Moulded boots shield the RJ45 latch so it does not snap when pulled through trunking or tight panels. Stranded 24 AWG wire bends easily around cable managers but should not be kinked sharply. The UTP construction has no separate drain wire, so grounding is handled by the connected equipment.
